Jaswant Singh
Hi my names Jaswant and I am the new Agent4Change in York. After graduating in 2006 I volunteered at Rathbone working with 16 to 18 year olds who had been excluded from main stream education or employment. After this I gained employment at Dell but returned a year later to volunteering again with Rathbone. This time around I also attended schools in and around Glasgow working with students who were close to dropping out due to bullying or behavioural issues.
Volunteering has taught me important skills in how to deal with young adults and work in partnership with other organisations. I hope to use all these skills while the Agents4Change in York
