If you've ever drunk alcohol, got into a car with someone who has driven after drinking alcohol, driven after drinking alcohol yourself, or if you know someone who has been injured or killed in a drink driving accident ... we'd like to hear from you.

Young people between 14 and 18 are needed to take part in research, and help create a Resource Pack to educate on the issues and dangers of drink driving.

To assist in the development of the Resource Pack we've come up with a short questionnaire to find out what young people's attitudes and experiences are surrounding drink driving, and how we can help educate young people about the subject.
