Sac It In

Agents4Change will be gathering on Plymouth High Street on November 29th to take part in 'Sac It In' - a carrier bag Amnesty.
Sac it in campaign is to raise awareness and change consumer opinion on the use of plastic bags. Everyone is encouraged to bring any plastic bags they have lying around to be reused or recycled. Alongside this there will be loads of activities where people young or old will be able to reuse the bags and make decorations, placemats etc and have the opportunity to contribute to a "community quilt" to be displayed at a later date.
For getting involved and bringing your bags you will receive a very stylish locally made linnen bag. The Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress have agreed to be present along many other special guests. A local junk band in association with Plymouth Music zone will be playing and running workshops from 11am.
There will be something for everyone so come and show your support for such a great initiative in Plymouth.
