Remembrance 90
Between 08 November 2008 and 08 November 2008, in Kent
BBC Radio Kent and BBC Southern Counties teamed up for an event at New Haven Fort in November to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Poppy Appeal. Agents4Change volunteers were on hand to provide IT support in the BBC Memoryshare room where people could come aloing and add stories, photos and memories of their friends and families who had been in the war.
It was a fantastic opportunity for young people to speak to an older generation and find out some interesting information about the war and our history.
It was a windy, but very successful day which was greatly enjoyed by the volunteers involved.
