Hope08 Ladywood Christmas Project
Between 05 December 2008 and 05 December 2008, in Birmingham
Volunteers needed between 10am and 4pm to sort and package food parcels that will be distributed to households in the Ladywood area of Birmingham.
This project involves local church members, businesses, community groups and students and has come about because recent reports have highlighted Ladywood as having the highest child poverty figures in the UK.
Hope08 Ladywood Christmas Project is being delivered under the umbrella of Hope08. This ia a year long nation-wide campaign where churches of all denominations work in partnership with community and statutory organisations to address community issues.
