Young Agents show silver surfers the way

Two 19-year-olds from Coventry shared their techie know-how with older people at a Silver Surfers event in the area.
Irfaan Hussain and Mohammed Adnan showed older people about browsers, emails and the wonders of online shopping. Some already had access to computers but didn't feel they could use them. The session helped them realise the benefits and how to get started.
Irfaan said of his volunteering: 'I got to help a person use a computer and it feels like I have made a change in someone's life. Thank you for this opportunity.'
