The Big Wrap
Between 31 August 2008 and 17 October 2008, in Kent
Send a Soldier a Christmas Box with the Big Wrap this October.
As part of CSV Make a Difference Day, cadets and students across Kent have teamed up with SSAFFA to collect and pack Christmas boxes which will be sent to people who are currently serving in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Amongst other things, we are appealing for soap, quiz books, pencils and toothbrushes which will be wrapped in a shoe box and sent to nominated service men and women in time for Christmas. In total we aim to send over 200 boxes.

The event was more successful than we could ever have imagined with so many items donated, we ran out of boxes! We spent a busy morning sorting and packing before the boxes were ready for shipping to Afghanistan and Iraq.
