Bristol Tai Chi

To celebrate the opening of Cabot Circus, a free tai chi session was offered to the public to get involved with and learn the centuries old relaxation techniques.
A great mix of young people and adults took part in the free tai chi session offered in the open square in the middle of Cabot Circus. With a professional instructor, the public (with a little encouragement) were more than happy to join in, and found themselves having a great time.
