Can you spare any time between 8am and 5pm?  A morning?  An afternoon?  Or simply a 2 hour slot? 

...Then we would like to hear from you!  Give up a little time to help this local charity with their street fundraising event of the year.  Based in the city centre, you will join a team of 30 volunteers, be given T-Shirts, buckets and lots of refreshments during your shift!

St Ann's Hospice is an independent charity and providing care free of charge to over 3,000 with life-threatening illnesses people across Greater Manchester each year as well as supporting their family and friends.  It costs around £9 million a year to run St Ann's Hospice across 3 sites.  We receive around a third of our funding from the local Primary Care Trusts which means we need to raise around £16,000 every day ourselves to keep our doors open.   It is only through the support of all the local community that enables St Ann's Hospice to continue providing its wide range of services and the highest standard of care to patients, families and carers.
